Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cold butter (cut into small cubes)
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg (for brushing)

Instructions:
- Activate the yeast:
